Place in the Organisation
Based on location, the incumbent may be responsible to either the Chief Area Office, Chief of Programme, Head of Support Department and/or Administrative Officer, as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Academic and Professional qualifications
- Successful completion of full secondary education;
- Successful completion of two-year post-secondary course in business and office practice or related discipline;
- Very good skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Nature and extent of required experience
- Four years of experience in administrative work;
- Applications from holders of first university degree in business administration with two years’ experience will be accepted.
Language
- Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic

Equivalency
When the minimum requirements are not fully met, Field Director for Field Area staff and Director of Human Resources for Headquarters Area staff, in consultation with the concerned supervisor may exceptionally substitute part of the unmet requirements with a combination of relevant academic qualifications, additional professional training and progressive relevant work experience.
NB: Work experience alone or formal qualifications with no relevant work experience are not considered an acceptable combination.
