تعلن شركة MS PHARMA في الاردن عن حاجتها الى :
Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Line
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist wholesalers, retailers, or distributors with their marketing strategy, including message development, marketing materials, and brand awareness.

Market products to wholesalers and retailers.

Develop strategies to generate interest in products.
-
Create demand for products at wholesalers and retail organizations.
-
Focus on developing and overseeing all aspects of an organization’s marketing activities.
-
Represent the company at tradeshows and design unique plans for individual products.
-
Oversee and analyze new product launches.
-
Advise on appropriate promotional procedures established from customer data analysis and current trends.
-
Oversee a team of personnel who assist in implementing marketing strategies.
-
Advise retail store locations on methods for in-store solutions and consistently monitor if these methods are effective.
-
Ensure a consistent brand appearance across all retailers or distributers and ensure that presentation at retailers or distributers meet the standards and the direction of the brand.

Work closely with global sourcing to ensure all tools created are easy to use and affordable for markets.

Support and lead Sales and Marketing departments in the areas of business information, category management, channel visibility materials and trade presentations.

Work on key strategic projects with retailers aiming to influence purchasing behavior, drive in-store activity for the brand portfolio, and support the sales effort in the creation and implementation of innovative and effective trade support activities.

Identify and monitor competitors, research market conditions.

Perform ad hoc analysis, shopper research projects and trade communications.

Develop and initiate space management projects.
Requirements:

BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field, MBA preferred.
-
Mimimum 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
