We are hiring Training & Technical Support Supervisor

Requirement:
– Education: Bachelor in Mechanical, Autotronics or Mechatronics engineering.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive – Training & Technical Support
– Languages: Arabic and English.

Required Competencies:
– Extensive Knowledge in Automotive Industry.
– Excellent knowledge of learning and development best practices.
– A proven track record of training program development and management.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Excellent negotiation skills.
– Effective Communication.
– Show high customer focus.
– Creative and takes the Initiative.
– High proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken).
– Should be confident, energetic, organized and resilient.
– Professional certification, such as TOT, is preferred.
– Demonstrates functional excellent knowledge in the application of computer software and applications required to complete assigned tasks.
