Global Company located in Amman, has a vacant Marketing & BD Manager position

Position Purpose:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new opportunities for the company and to put in strategic marketing plans which continually revitalizes the brand, keeping it competitive and to be accountable for the tactical execution of a particular of the marketing plans that addresses business issues and meets consumers’ needs and profitably builds sales.

The candidate should have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The Marketing & Business development manager will focus on expanding the company’s operation in MENA, Africa & Fareast by generating interest from new agents and existing service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities of Marketing & BD Manager:

– Identify new partners opportunities
– Develop new business relationship in an effort to grow business
– Develop new services for customers and distribution channels
– Communicate with banks, financial institutions and other agents to improve or add a service
– Ensure to execute SHIFT strategy goals
– Create an effective action plan and tools and be responsible for the forecast and meeting them
– Execute the tasks assigned by the business plan.
-Achieve company’s goals, and missions.
– Develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
– Create new services and maintain existing service provider business relationship
– Conduct market studies and reflect the necessary tools into the sales action plan
– Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a
timely manner and achieve the marketing campaigns.
– Suggest new service or plans that will enhance the business performance.
-Ensure that all media presented are with SHIFT Brand Guideline.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, finance or a related field, a master degree is
preferable.
– 3-5 years prior industry related business development experience
– Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
– Proven experience in creating strategic planning and communication skills
– Proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy.
– Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
– Proven analytical, planning and organizing skills.
– Excellent command, highly proficient in spoken and written English.
– Highly experience in Communities Services and Public Relations Communications.
– Excellent experience in MS office
