3.maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

4 .organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

5.managing databases
6. prioritising workloads 7.implementing new procedures and administrative systems

8.liaising with relevant organisations and clients

9. coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

10. logging or processing bills or expensesacting as a receptionist and/or meeting
