We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Jeeny.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

– Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
– 5+ years’ experience working in relevant companies.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
– Good commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate your competence in analyzing, reporting and efficiently responding to data.
– Strong Analytical Skills with strong detail-oriented attitude.
– Target driven and have good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data
– Strong communication skills.

Job Description and responsibilities:

– Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to deliver the best possible experience for Jeeny drivers & consumers.
– Own key performance metrics for all cities that aim to improve overall efficiency of operations.
– Manage city operation team with proper performance management.
– Influence which strategic projects and areas the central and functional teams should focus on and set an ambitious timeline to reach those goals.
– Facilitate growth in drivers supply to ensure coverage in all areas of active cities.
– Manage pricing decisions to ensure optimized pricing at all times.
– Manage relationships with key stakeholders in regulatory bodies and ministries. Ensuring that right decisions are made in favor of the company, its drivers and customers
