Title: Information Security Analyst

Description:

JOB PURPOSE :

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and configuration of information security systems used by Hikma to identify and manage information and cyber risks, including responsibility for processing service requests and incident tickets for assigned systems in a Level 1 capacity.

Responsible for supporting the Information Security Manager and other members of the security team in the implementation of the agreed security strategy and roadmap ensuring that business and security objectives are met and risk is maintained within appetite and tolerance. Provide the secondary point-of-contact for all security requirements and incidents that arise in the MENA and Europe regions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Collect and analyze data to provide insights that facilitate the decision making process supporting information security issues.
Support IT in the installation and then operate and configure assigned systems in accordance with established service and operational level agreements.
Keep up to date with the current capabilities of assigned technology and associated product roadmaps to ensure Hikma extracts full value from its security technology investment.
Support the introduction and improvement of cyber security initiatives and requirements across the group in line with current best practices.
Provide support to the Regional Information Security Manager in the timely and acceptable resolution of security incidents.
Serve as Level 1 technical support for assigned systems.
Provide administrator responsibilities for security tools and systems where required.
Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in computer, information security or similar
Preferred: Certified in Cisco, Microsoft security solutions

Any other Information Security certification

EXPERIENCE

Minimum: 5 years’ experience in information technology or IT operations, minimum of 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Preferred: Experience in configuring and hardening Routers, Firewalls, VOIP solutions

Experience in configuring and hardening servers and email services

Manage and configure Vulnerability management tools

Description:

JOB DETAILS:
Job Title:	Finance Transformation Analyst – Procure to Pay

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the Head of Finance transformation in defining and implementing the finance P2P strategy across the hikma group. This also includes the ‘As is’ process assessment and defining the ‘To be’ design as well as implementing the strategic S2P tool. The individual will be also responsible for executing and coordinating efficient Change Management and Communication activities across the group Finance function including corporate and site finances.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Mapping out as-is procure to pay process	Outline the current procure to pay process in Hikma entities

Designing new procure to pay process Champion throughout P2P a process improvement philosophy Identify, and work with the P2P team to identify, key process improvements Coordinate the delivery of P2P process improvements Review documentation associated with new global processes	Improving the existing process and enhancing the system utilization as well automation

Bachelors degree in, accounting, finance, computer science or any related field

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in providing advisory/consulting/industry services related to finance function process improvement and other operational areas that impact the finance function, including a combination of the following: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Finance Systems (P2P systems primarily) Transformation, Procure to Pay process transformation, Shared Services/Outsourcing.
Significant experience with S2P / P2P solutions (e.g. Coupa/GEP/Ivalua/Ariba) implementation/project management experience.

Supports more senior members of the team in screening deals and evaluating opportunities.
Leads deals with oversight of more senior members of the team: pitches opportunities to Investment Committee. Performs due diligence and prepares reports to be presented to the IC on potential deals through researching potential competitors and gathering information from industry experts.
Supports more senior members of the team in negotiating terms of investment and works closely with internal and external legal counsel to execute deal documents.
Develops an “informed perspective” of assigned sectors, including managing and building brand and relationships with VC firms, startup accelerators, founders, and other members of the venture ecosystem.
Attends conferences and outreach events and activities targeting the entrepreneurial ecosystem of VCs and startups.
Maintains good relationships with colleagues in different departments at Hikma to engage them in diligence and execution of pilots.
Coordinates between portfolio companies and Hikma colleagues to implement pilots and partnerships.

Description:

Job Title	Internal Controls Supervisor

Summary	This section focuses on the main purpose of the job in one to four sentences. The Internal Controls Supervisor is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by developing and overseeing a controls-based program. This position is responsible for serving as a trusted control advisor who promotes and assists in embedding strong internal controls over financial reporting. This individual will deliver timely and insightful recommendations to strengthen the control environment. This individual will have exposure to full financial results and will participate in various projects and initiatives to provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	This section contains a list of primary responsibilities. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. Reviews underlying internal process documentation for purposes of identification of specific financial statement risks (i.e., what could go wrongs) and designing responsive control activities Supports Business Partners in reviewing and building best-in-class process documentation (e.g., process narrtatives, process flow diagrams, risk-control matrices, control-design templates) Participates in independent appraisal activities of business processes for the purpose of assessing the design of IT-dependent manual controls and IT application controls Acts a liaison with IT-Business Partners for purposes of determining whether or not the reports used in the execution of key controls are complete and accurate Assists in the review and implementation of a control-based program, including forward-thinking initiatives (e.g., process-mining and data analytics) Deliver and maintain a best-in-class control-based program Assist, where needed, on issues that come up during the annual audit, including managing escalations and intervening to assist the internal and external auditors in obtaining information Oversees transactional team for purposes of audit requests and financial reporting requirements Manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines, both internal and external. CPA, CMA and MBA preferred Demonstration of key finance competencies, qualifications, and minimum 5 years in accounting positions. Experience at a public accounting firm would be preferred.
