| Road/Safety Engineer | 10 years of site experience in roads and bridges, including 5 years in design of roads, especially detours, and safety | A minimum of BSc in Civil Engineering and formal training in safety procedures |
| Senior Geotechnical Engineer | 10 years mostly in piles, with 2 projects of roads and bridges | A minimum of MSc in Geotechnical Engineering |
| Utilities Engineer | 7 years, including 5 years in dealing with the construction and/or diversions of utilities | A minimum of BSc in Civil Engineering |
| Planning Engineer | 5 years of planning, with 2 projects of roads and bridges | A minimum of BSc in Engineering with formal training in planning |
| Quantity Surveyor | 10 years, of which 7 should be in bridges and highways | A minimum of Diploma in Quantity Surveying; BSc preferable |
