We are looking for an Account and Sales Supervisor to join our growing team as below:
Position Title: Account and Sales Supervisor.
Job Description and Requirements:
• Identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.
• Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
• Maintain continuous business relationship with Shop owners, physical and virtual businesses, and restaurants.
• Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
• Creation of effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send Request of Proposal (RFP) quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring client onboard with the new platforms.
• Encourage clients to upload menu pictures on the company dashboards.
• Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between businesses, freelance drivers and the company.
• Upload clients menu and keeping a record of each.
• Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus.
• branding Blink stickers at restaurants, banners and newsletter.
• Generating coupons, promotions and vouchers from businesses with a pre-arranged date.
• Convince businesses for branding & promotions by using the company new platform.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and all its prospecting.
• Ensuring an updated KPIs are given to each client.
• Minutes of meetings reports with existing and new clients. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Must have his own vehicle.
Experience:
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
• Prior experience with analytical approach to Marketing with focus on digital businesses.
• Preferably with existing knowledge/experience with merchants & shop owners.
