The main role for this position: We are looking for a highly qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (M&E) for its Jordan – Amman office who will work under direct supervision of program director. Will be responsible for creating significantly technical and managerial experience to continuously improve Auranitis monitoring and evaluation. Work through filed staff and other monitoring mechanisms in South Syria, s/he will ensure that all projects are continually monitored for their effectiveness and appropriateness and that lessons learned are documented and communicated.

Develop, track and report against an annual & quarterly M&E work plan that ensures the operation and refinement of the M&E system, in line with the Auranitis strategy.
Work with program director in developing dashboards to enhance monitoring of projects and organizational performance.
Initiate regular project portfolio reviews and contribute to project evaluations.
Contribute to the development of Auranitis priorities for M&E by collaborating with Quality team and other supporting teams and synthesize learning across projects and sectors and promote the integration of recommendations and lessons learnt in project planning and future programming.
Ensure that staff and partners fully understand the function of M&E in quality assurance and strengthen a culture of open reflection and improvement, and oversee the development and implementation of project tracking and M&E database management systems to collect, process and manage project data.
Provide support to Program Managers/Project Managers in tracking and analyzing project indicators and in preparing and communicating high-quality and timely reports using appropriate formats.
Develop policy and procedure documents in the areas of monitoring and evaluation to align with the most current polices and best practices, and develop and manage an on-line, real-time data collection, analysis and management platform.
Ensure that quality M&E planning is in place for all projects, with partners fully participating in planning and design.
Provide support to program managers and partners in the development of technical/project-specific tools, ensuring that all required M&E tools are developed and ready for use, and ensure all members of M&E team fully understand the types of fraud common in this context and how M&E processes can be used to detect fraud, creating a culture of appropriate vigilance and ensuring immediate reporting of potential fraud in line with Auranitis policy
Bachelor’s degree in statistics or the social sciences, or other relevant field. Further, certification in project management or M&E related technical course
At least two to three years of experience. 2 years’ experience with multi donors and reporting.
