STS PayOne is seeking to hire a senior person who will be in charge of managing and guiding all online & offline Marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing awareness, new user acquisition and usage of our payment solution in the region. He/She will plan and execute marketing activities and support product/service excellence.
Plans, launches and optimizes the STS PayOne’s own marketing activities, including awareness activities, direct response campaigns, usage promotions, and social activation by assigning the right activities on the right time to guarantee the desired results.
Creates an online/offline presence for STS PayOne as a market leader in the e-payment industry by achieving all marketing mile stones in order to maintain the branding goals.
Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
Develops engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitors and analyses content success.
Forecasts marketing campaigns growth and ROI for marketing campaigns and creates budgets, plans & initiatives accordingly.
Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
Drives the third parties’ relationships with agencies & freelancers (PR, Social Media, Designers, Marketers…etc) to secure the best outcomes.
Supports product/service excellence by providing the feedback to the product teams and supports the launching of the new product features or in-product promotions.
Develops and maintains accurate, current database(s) of industry contacts for approaching.
Prepares accurate monthly/quarterly reports of marketing efforts for the General Manager to show the efficiency and effectivity of the Marketing function.
Measures and reports performance of all online/offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Previous experience in e-payment solutions companies is preferable or any related field.
Proven records in achieving the marketing objectives at an organization’s level.
Solid understanding of ecommerce, SEO & SEM.
Working knowledge of web design principles.
Competence and experience with content management systems.
Working knowledge of web analytics tools and reporting, especially Google Analytics & Webmasters.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with diverse global team.
