Summary of Work/ Job Purpose
The fundamental tasks of the IT-helpdesk officer are to ensure that networks, computer equipment, computer labs’ technology equipment, telecom and IT systems, work reliably and smoothly, facilitating the work of personnel and eliminating any disruption possible to staff, The IT – helpdesk also maintains the reliable and efficient functionality of all equipment and infrastructure devices, as well as provides on-site support for staff continuously at all time.
Proven 3 years’ experience in as IT-helpdesk officer.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Great attention to details.
Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP systems).
Bachelor degree in IT field or any related field.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
