1. Receive and analyze Purchase Orders and issue foreign purchase orders.
2. Coordinate with foreign suppliers on production, shipping, delivery, payment, customs and so on.
3. Coordinate with accounting to issue and pay through transfers, LCs, CAD etc.
4. Coordinate with forwarders and clearance companies.
5. Coordinate and visit clients and verify delivery and receipt.
6. Follow up due payments from clients.
7. FMCG background
1. 2-5 years experience in logistics, shipping, payments and commercial functions and procurement from Intl. suppliers.
2. Excellent negotiation, follow-up and communication skills.
3. Supply chain management knowledge
4. English and computer literate.
