Consulting Engineering seeking to hire qualified candidates in the position of “HR Officer”:
1- Identify Job vacancies, select candidates, conduct interviews and finally hire the best candidates. Evaluate employee performance through the review of completed work assignments.
2- Analyze and adjust benefits, performance managements systems, compensation policies and safety and recreation programs.
3- Verify employee attendance, hours’ work (overtime ) , pay adjustments , and end information to the financial department
4- Handle all in-coming & outgoing mail appropriately.
5- Familiar with different levels of offer letters & any other different letters.
6- Handling the social security for the new staff and ensure SS records are maintained correctly.
7- Well known with the Jordanian Labor law.
8- Maintain HR administrative procedures, documents and correspondences.
9- Maintains payroll accuracy and overtime statements.
10- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
1- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the field of HR
2- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related Fields .
3- Computer Skills.
4- Languages: Excellent command of English Language (Speaking, Writing, Reading).
