A Leading company in Amman is looking for a HR officer to join their team with the following qualifications & specification:
• Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent degree
• 2- 5+ years of experience in local market & industrial purchase’s.
• Deep Understanding & interpretation of the Jordan labour law.
• Professional certification in hr is a plus
In her occupation she will be responsible for the following:
1. Conduct investigations with employees for disciplinary matters, write reports regarding
The investigations and make discipline recommendations in consultation with the
2. resolve, Assist, discuss with and advise on general personnel issues.
3. Check, Receive, resolve, and report grievances as well as facilitate the grievance procedures and channels.
4. Maintain discipline/investigation files and records.
5. Analyse, develop and review policies and regulations for personnel matters and inform HR manager accordingly.
6. Make HR announcement as required with coordination with HR Manager.
7. Review the company by law and advise the management if any changes are required.
