Candidate must have :
1 – 3 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
Strong oral & written Communication Skills
Good diagnostic skills for problem solving and gathering information
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Excellent presentation skills
Travel to clients’ sites is often needed
