3. Check, Receive, resolve, and report grievances as well as facilitate the grievance procedures and channels.
4. Maintain discipline/investigation files and records.
5. Analyse, develop and review policies and regulations for personnel matters and inform HR manager accordingly.
6. Make HR announcement as required with coordination with HR Manager.
7. Make sure that all HR Boards are identical and updated.
8. Make inside factory inspectional tours.
9. Review the company by law and advise the management if any changes are required.
10. Maintain a close working relationship with workers and employees.
11. Maintain positive culture through continuous communication with employees
12. Develop and/or implement employee recognition programs.
13. Perform other assigned tasks or related work as required and as assigned by the
• -BSc degree in business administration or any related field
• -4years of experience in employee relation
• -PHRI, HRBP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP is a plus
