Perform variety of administrative duties which include but not limited to data-entry, managing correspondences, filing records, answering telephone calls, handling all official travel arrangements, as well as coordinating with external entities when asked.
• Diploma in Business Administrative or any related filed.
• 1-3 years experience in secretarial and office management field.
• Fluent English and Arabic spoken and written is a must, Russian would be a plus.
