Job Brief:

Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the CFO, department and staff as well as being as the CFO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the CFO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Screening phone cinquiriesuiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CFO
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings when needed and ensuring the CFO is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff for CFO’s office related matters
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for the department
  • Maintaining the calendar and schedule, including scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining pending files and follows up on items due from other members of the department
  • Tracking monthly petty cash expenses and do reconciliation with Finance at end of month
  • Support the team with any other requests


Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field

Level of Experience Intermediate Experience in a related field

Certifications & Licensure Essential:

  • MS. Office Applications
  • Proper formal command in English and Arabic languages (speaking and writing)


  • Telecom communication industry experience
  • Financial communication experience
