Sondos Technology and Consulting Research is currently looking for an “Administrative Assistant / Secretary” with the following qualifications:
Administrative Assistant / Secretary
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ of administrative / secretarial work experience.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both languages (English and Arabic).
• Experience in proposal, agreements and managing tender requirements documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Assisting in preparing and organizing promotional material or events (presentation).
• Technical writing, editing and designing documents.
• Maintain sales records, as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
• Coordinating the Top Management activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Social awareness, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking.
• Time management.
• Work under pressure.
