A Company in Amman is currently looking for an Office Manager
• Diploma Or BSc Degree in Public Relations or any related field.
• 3 to 5 Years of experience.
• Excellent clerical and secretarial skills, like filing, scheduling, bookings and reservations, typing, verbal and written correspondence with high-level executives.
• Exposure to project and operational management and the ability to manage a group of employees.
• Very presentable and the ability to deal with people of different attitudes and backgrounds.
• Flexible working hours and the ability to handle stressful situations and closing deadlines.
• English proficiency required.
• Excellent MSOffice skills.
• Strong personality and the ability to work under pressure
• Multitasking skills.
• A Team player.
• Good communication skills.
