مطلوب مديرة مكتب للعمل لدى الشركة الوطنية للمحروقات

Al Watanieh for Fuels (GO) – Mobil Authorized Distributor – seeks to hire experienced

 Office Manager

 * Main Duties and Responsibilities:



– Manage and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of General Manager;

– Assist General Manager in preparing reports and presentations;

– Attend management meetings and prepare the agendas and minutes of meeting;

– Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures;

– Always maintain privacy in confidential matters;

– Make and confirm all travel arrangements;

– Perform administrative and clerical functions whenever required – including receiving guests and sorting general queries;

– Receive and follow up clients complains with related internal departments;

– Provide the top management with all the required information on time;

– Assure full responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager as appropriate and keep – General Manager informed of any unforeseen events.

* Main Qualifications:

– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English Literature or any related field;

– Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field;

– Very good experience in business correspondences;

– Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

– Excellent planning and organizing workload skills;

– Ability to achieve accuracy in reporting and working with data;

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

– Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking);

– Strong & leadership personality.
