A leading Educational institution is seeking to hire highly qualified professionals in:

Payroll & Compensation Officer



Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR field
  • Familiar with MENA ME system
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work as social security liaison officer.
  • Implement correct accurate payroll calculation.
  • Enter employees/financial records on HR system and maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Work as social security liaison officer.
  • Provide Social Security Corporation with the required periodic reports and insure the company records at Social Security are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Continuously coordinate with finance department to insure proper payroll calculation process.
  • Responsible of issuing finance related official banks letters requested by staff.
  • Coordinate with other HR functions to insure effective workflow.
  • Respond and answer finance related staff inquiries.

Time Keeper

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field
  • Familiar with MBA ME system
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and implement a proper attendance system and encourage employee’s compliance.
  • Administrate and implement the approval process of reported sick leaves & death leaves as per approved policy
  • Coordinate with persons in charge in concerned departments as well as payroll officer regarding any disciplinary actions required for attendance incompliance.
  • Activate finger print for new employees
  • Prepare weekly attendance report for all employees

Senior accountant or accounting supervisor

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and CMA or CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working, with a minimum 2 years as Senior accountant /accounting supervisor.
  • Experience in ERP system is a plus
  • Good Command of English
  • Must be proficient in MS office, particularly Excel.
