Save the Children International in Amman (Regional Office-Middle East & Eastern
Europe)! Syria Hub is seeking applications to fill the following positions:
•Administration Coordinator (for Nationals only): The role holder will be
required to provide a professional administration service to the Regional Office and
to support the Admin team in day to day activities of admin department in MEE
Regional Office that includes general administration, office maintenance, visa/travel,
asset/inventory management, etc.
•Human Resources Manager (for Nationals only): The role holder will lead on
HR assessments, HR strategy. coordinate recruitment, develop robust systems. policy
and practice on people management in a complex emergency across the whole
•Nutrition Technical Advisor — Syria Response: The post holder is expected to
provide technical advice and support to project staff to ensure Syria programming
objectives are successfully achieved. The post-holder shall also contribute to the
development and review of the Syria strategic direction and actively lead in the
development of nutrition/IYCF program policy and design.
•OFDA Project Officer. The role holder will oversee the grant management of the
Syria response regional the role holder will also ensure consistent, regular and high
quality communication with donor representatives, the Regional Office and Save the
Children US and other Members as appropriate.
•Food Security and Livelihoods Technical Advisor. The FSL Advisor will ensure
that partners and the SCI team have the capacity to address humanitarian needs on
an ongoing basis. The FSL Advisor will be responsible for providing technical guidance
to partner staff and SCI team ensuring that high-quality activities are developed. The
FSL will be a lead on developing proposals and securing funding for FSL programming.
The FSL Adviser will ensure the coordination of all FSL activities through active
participation in coordination meetings and working groups.
