Looking for a highly skilled call center to represent our company, answering questions, providing service information.
Responsibilities:
– Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
– Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
– Managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
– Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
– Maintaining a database of customer information
Requirements :
– Proven experience in the field.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
– Strong understanding of company services.
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
The salary : 500JD – 1000JD depending on the qualifications, and skills
