Scope of work:
 
The Pre-seller (PS) role contributes to the success of JICE by executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. The job holder is responsible for managing customers’ business, relationships and delivering against Annual Operating Plans.
 
 
Key Accountabilities :
 
Ensure that all daily office tasks are executed as per the internal procedures.
Conduct the 8 step of a call.
Ensure that the order-taking process is done 2 working days ahead.
Ensure delivery of orders to customers correctly and as per the agreed timeframes.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy, and ensure that the level stock is in line with the availability standard for all categories.
Execute local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
Ensure customers are complying with agreed contract requirements and ensure communication and alignment of initiatives.
Work hand in hand with the finance team on monthly and annual reconciliation.
Ensure all customers’ invoices are signed properly.
Continuously seek and find new selling opportunities.
Ensure that all customers are reconciled, and the payments are collected on a timely manner.
Work closely with the marketing team on any marketing campaign.

2- Mechanical Team Leader

Qualifications
 
Education:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience Required:
 
3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the production/FMCG industry.
Job Description
 
Scope of work:
 
 
Effectively lead and manage all mechanical maintenance activities; to ensure that all production lines equipment and parts are operating safely and efficiently; to meet the manufacturing targets within the repair and maintenance budget
Key Accountabilities :
 
Lead all the mechanical maintenance activities in the plant.
Ensure full implementation of preventive mechanical maintenance; to ensure efficient production operation within repair and maintenance budget.
Prepare all the mechanical spare parts for plant’s equipment.
Proactively lead the problem-solving activities and provide mentoring for respective team to ensure continuous improvement in the operation.
Lead all the mechanical activities as they relate to environmental health and safety, food safety and sustainability; to ensure that production lines are in full compliance with environmental health and safety requirements, food safety standards and sustainability agenda.
Administer all measures related to corrective maintenance reports and shift handover reports.
Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems, which are affecting the department productivity and take corrective actions accordingly.
Administer all measures related to personnel starting from the selection, onboarding, coaching in collaboration with the HR function.
Lead and manage staff development, and set skill building plans for the team which are tied to delivering the annual operating plan.

3- Procurement Specialist

Qualifications
 
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management or Engineering.
Experience Required :
 
4-5 years of Work experience, preferably in FMCG.
Good understanding of manufacturing and quality principles where Solid understanding of purchasing and supplier management principles is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP a plus.
Job Description
 
Scope of work :
 
Responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities for Raw& Packaging materials; including supplier development, contract negotiations, achieving cost reductions targets, effective internal auditing processes, supplier management and knowledge of systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Key Accountabilities :
 
Plan, monitor and implement raw & packaging materials category purchases based on annual needs and long-term strategic sourcing targets and strategy; to ensure continuous supply at the best possible acquisition cost.
 
Work closely with Product Availability, Quality & Production teams, to avoid stock outs and loss of sales.
Plan and monitor sourcing productivity / savings and improvement initiatives for related category.
 
 
Evaluate and recommend updates on sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions.
 
Ensure compliance with the procurement policy and practices.
 
Lead category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers.
 
Support the company cash flow by improving/monitoring supplier payment terms and keeping control of the DII as per the plan.
Work together with related functions on executing the related Capex plan on-time.
Work with marketing department to ensure timely execution of related marketing initiatives.
 
Gather continuous feedback from stakeholders on related suppliers to assess performance and reflect in supplier score cards.
 
Monitor suppliers’ delivery performance, suppliers’ quality, material variance to budget and cost improvement projects.
Develop multiple sources for each item needed and encourages price bidding among vendors to achieve lowest price.
Uploading new suppliers on the system as per the set policy.
